Saturday, September 02, 2006 - 08:45 GMT just say you hav a sub thats 500 rms and you give it 300 and it distorts if you give it another 200 rms will it sound better without much distorsion

Saturday, September 02, 2006 - 09:02 GMT if u have a 500rms sub, and it clips with 300rms, then something is set way wrong. clipping is when ur gain or something else is set wrong and u send the wrong kind of current to your sub....which clips it.
