New member Username: Stat1kPost Number: 1 Registered: Sep-06 | I just bought a new car that has a Pioneer DEH-6500 in it and i dont have the manual to it. I looked on the pioneer website and it doesnt say if it is compatible or not. If it is what do i have to buy to be able to use an ipod with it? Thanks. |

Silver Member Username: DkchillinVermont Post Number: 271 Registered: Mar-05 | You should be able convert the changer port to AUX in. Use this to go from the changer port in the back of the deck and then this to run to run from there to the iPod. I did this for my DEH-p6400. Search ebay for a cheaper price on the IP/Bus cable. You should also be able to download the manual from the Pioneer website. If you end up doing this make sure you have the AUX option turned on in the deck. |
