Thursday, August 24, 2006 - 20:06 GMT depends, only other stuff i can think of would be a router and router table...whatever you use to cover it will need to be attached...fiberglass can be used and that requires more stuff like sanders, grinders, ventalation booth...ect...ect...more you got, the easier things can be.

Friday, August 25, 2006 - 03:07 GMT wood (3/4" mdf) screws (box of 2 1/2" coarse thread drywall screws) box plan, drawn out with subs specs entered in Wood glue, probond, liquid nails, or carpenters glue skill saw and a jigsaw straight edge patience, 1-2 day project * if you havre acess to a table say or radial arm saw, you could make the cuts very square

Friday, August 25, 2006 - 03:10 GMT o, and also, SMALL TINY DRILL BIT (little bigger than a toothpick... attached to this will be a countersink so that the screws dont show, and then another bit, little smaler that and drywall screw, and drill down 3/4"
