Silver Member Username: CaraudioToronto, Ontario Canada Post Number: 659 Registered: Sep-05 | So t3002 or Kicker Zx750. THe rockford fosgate power serise amp is about 50 bucks cheaper. |
Gold Member Username: Cenus420 , 420 420 Post Number: 2200 Registered: Jan-05 | RF amps are underrated but by that much, im having a hard time beleiving that an amp rated for 300wrms is acutally putting out 800wrms. maybe more around 500-600watts, both are good amps but i'd go with kicker, because im sure it will do between 800-900wrms. |
Silver Member Username: CaraudioToronto, Ontario Canada Post Number: 660 Registered: Sep-05 | My subs 750RMS over powering it by much wouldnt that kill long jevity of hte amp? Even if its not 863 RMS the RF is putting out its probably putting out around 700. Im guessing thoes actual ratings are at 14.4 volts is the kicker also rated at 14.4? |
Gold Member Username: Cenus420 , 420 420 Post Number: 2202 Registered: Jan-05 | kicker amps are rated at 13.8 volts. |
Silver Member Username: CaraudioToronto, Ontario Canada Post Number: 661 Registered: Sep-05 | and RF? Which would be better buy? |
Gold Member Username: JuliobSanto DomingoDominican Re... Post Number: 2002 Registered: Dec-05 | i'd go with kicker too... RF is very good but just get the kicker hehe... is more accurate |
Gold Member Username: Cenus420 , 420 420 Post Number: 2207 Registered: Jan-05 | IDK what RF rates their amps at, the only way that amp is that underrated is if it 300wrms at 12volts then i could see 800wrms at 14.4volts. |
Silver Member Username: CaraudioToronto, Ontario Canada Post Number: 662 Registered: Sep-05 | I dont have money if i can get Rockford Fosgate and it is putting out around 700+RMS i wouldnt mind going for that its like 65 bucks cheaper. |
