Like u cant eject a cd or tilt the screen or anything.... Just wondering if anybody has had this happen...and what did u do to fix it??? |

The motors hardly ever fail, so I doubt it's the problem, but to be safe, grab a multimeter, set it to volts DC and touch the two prongs to each of the tips of the motor while the unit is on, press the eject button, and see if it gets any voltage. If it does, the motor is bad, if it doesn't, then the flex cable is to blame(possibly even another part, but the cable is the most likely). They have the motor for sale as well if you need it.
