Thursday, August 17, 2006 - 16:29 GMT cuz not all the amps are 100% efficient so some part of the power dissipates in heat... and many other reasons

Friday, August 18, 2006 - 05:46 GMT those are nice amps, so it should stay around for a while. you cant just wire it to 1 ohm, because if ur sub is rated at 500 rms, and you wire it too 1 ohm (1000 @ 1) you will blow your sub, aka it wil make it pound for a half an hour or hour

Friday, August 18, 2006 - 14:44 GMT bassman WTF hehe, a 15 l7 is 1000w rms, i guess he owns the dual 2 ohm version, you're going to be fine if that's what you mean and the memphis will last if you know how to control de gain. I bet you have a warranty right?
