Question about connecting car amp/sub to home receiver

I have a 10" mtx thunder 4500 sub, along with a mtx thunder 202 amp both for about 250watts each...i have a 10 amp ac to dc converter that puts out about 250 watts, is it possible to route that to my receiver??
