Bronze Member Username: ErikdagenerikLivermore, CA US Post Number: 74 Registered: Aug-05 | I need a recommendation for a 1000 watt amp stable at 1 ohm. It's powering an IDMax. I used to use a piece of garbage Hifonics amp, and it ended up cutting out every now and then so I'm using my backup Diamond Audio setup, but I want to go back to the IDMax. I don't want to spend as much on a JL 1000/1. As long as it won't end up like the Hifonics did, I'll be happy. Thanks for any suggestions. |

I've had good experiences with eD before and I have friends that have had them as well. I need something with good warranty. amps are electronics, and they're bound to fail when you push them hard enough. |
