I just purchased a new 200A HO alternator and it's all ready to go for installation, but I need to know what gauge of wire to use for the harness. It seems like 1/0 gauge would be the most appropriate? Suggestions? Anyone else have a HO alt that knows what gauge wiring would work best for me?
I also need to rewire the 'big 3' certainly and I'm thinking 1/0 would be the best there too.
I didn't realize most big 3's are adding to the existing wiring which is obviously a good idea. 4 or 2 gauge should be fine. Too bad I can't delete this
