I need 2 10" subs, 350-400WRMS each, SVC 4 ohm or DVC 2 ohm, they will be in a SEALED box. WHICH ONE would be better? The DD1000a from Digital Designes or the Assassin 10 from Ascendant Audio?
I would choose the AA, for the better SQ, and they get plenty loud. The AA's work well in sealed, I had mine in sealed for a while, and they sound great.
Alright, here are some questions, what size box the the 1010a need?(sealed) how much does it cost? and I guess the only way I can order is by phone cuz there is no dealer my be, I cant even find a dealer or is there another website that sells them?
for sealed dimensions unless someone else has them sealed you might need to contact dd for dimensions, i think on their site they only recommend ported. and you have to order them thru dd, brand new anyway, but if your a member of their forum you get 20% off.
"The DD has a better build. better customer service and overall is a better sub..." I'll agree on better build quality, but better customer service, highly unlikely, does the owner of DD get on the phone and talk to customers everytime they call? didn't think so, chad at AA does, i know i talked to him for about 15min about what box to use, now thats customer service.
