Gold Member Username: Basshead86Google is your Friend, FL Post Number: 4052 Registered: Aug-05 | they say the subs put out +6db at 20hz. i read up on the LMS technology....pretty interesting stuff. it has thicker coil towards the ends so when the VC is coming out of the center of the mags(the greatest force on the motor) it still maintains the same force. the less coil you have near the mags, the less control and force the motor has on the VC....but with the thicker coils on the outsides....the force/control remains constant. they look really sweet. but geez are they expensive. |
