Ok, I hit 132.2db today. Now before anyone starts laughing, realize I hit this with 2-200 watts max 10 inch Alphasonik Q-Reference series subs powered by a Visonik 350 watt Mono amp (220watts rms). In other words I'm only running about 110 watts per sub. So, I think 132.2 is pretty good for a crappy system like that. Now if I had the system I really want (2-10 inch assassins and a 800watt rms amp)then I might be disappointed. So, considering my crappy system, I think that I am doing pretty good.
I have some Visonik subs in a subwoofer box I played with that I built. 10" 250w rms. (4) in all in my box. For the price, not too horrible for beginners. Mind you I blew one of the four playing a 35hz test tone two days ago and I am now replacing them all. For what I paid for them, I didn't even care. It was a "fun" and cheap education.
