Bronze Member Username: Xstokes88Tacoma, Washington United states Post Number: 40 Registered: Nov-05 | so im about to get a 96 impala ss for my graduation gift..and i need a system to put in it..i had a system in my honda but it got stolen and i wasnt going to put anymore money towards a system till i got a new ride..i was thinking about starting off with 1 RFT2..with a RF X6C X6.C 1100W mono amp wired to 2 ohms.. i want a system that gets really loud that keeps its sq..still looking for more spl than sq but not much..is this a good setup..or do u have any recomendations for my new setup... |

RF new subs suck IMO. the a8000t is a really good amp. it puts out true power, is very reliable, and doesnt overheat. so dont talk sh*it about stuff when you dont know what ur talking about. thers at least 7 people on this forum who can tell you the same about the a8000t who all own one. |

Go with the T2 man, but your going to need a little more money to get a amp to push it. the T2 is like 649 and then like a decent amp to push it would be like 200-300. go with the T2. i heard them and the bang out. Its got decent SQ, but a fucked load more SPL. get 1 for now and get the other when you get the money. That's my opinion so good luck |

People that win comps some have RF i never seen arsenal in sound comps. the rf would have more spl and same SQ if not better no way an arsenal come close to an T2..just like people think arsenal has better SQ then the alpine type X lol in your dreams!! |

hahahaha thats funny. ok the rf would win in SPL if it was a 1 vs 1. but we are suggesting 2 arsenals. he wants almost the same SQ as SPL. so probably 60% SPL and 40% SQ. The arsenal will give that to you! that RF isnt! it will give you about 80% SPL and 20% SQ (if not, WORSE). who cares if that sub wins competitions, that just proves it gets loud and probably doesnt have any SQ (cuz i know for a fact it didnt win any SQ comps) All in All: get 2 15" arsenals. YOU WONT REGRET IT! |
