just go with 3/4" mdf, it is very efficient and makes your internal box volume larger than if you use 1" if you want that extra seal, just make sure to use liquid nails between the joints and you can line the inside of the box with resin, and if you need extra support you can always brace teh box or double the front baffle by useing two layers of 3/4" mdf
I found a good deal for titanium eclipse subs and if i get them im going with 2 of their 15s. im gona make a 12 cubic foot ported tuned to 32 hz. i think 1 inch would need to be thick cuz it might cause box flex am i wrong?
yea i have 2000watts rms of pure soundstream power ready to push two 15s but i cant make up my mind, but for now i found an excellent deal on ti eclipse 15s but i wana know how loud they are...
