Thursday, July 13, 2006 - 03:46 GMT you set it to which ever freq you don't want your subs to play below. for example: if you set it to 30hz then it won't play below that freq.

Thursday, July 13, 2006 - 04:26 GMT what about on my amp? -there is just an on and off switch for subsonic -there is also a knob near it that says "freq" on it. would those two go together?? (like if i turn it on, then set the 'freq' like you said)

Friday, July 14, 2006 - 00:10 GMT the subsonic switch is only for ported box. the freq next to the switch, goes with it. its the frequency of what ur ported box is tuned to. if u have a sealed box, turn the subsonic off. there, that should give you guys what u were looking for.
