Bronze Member Username: Aaron55Post Number: 11 Registered: Jun-06 | i have 2 10" dvc infinity subs that have 250w rms. i'm unsure how to wire them because the specs on them say they have an imedance of 2 OR 8 OHMS each. what does that mean and how do i change the impedance? also the outside of the box says that each sub has dual 4 ohm voice coils. what does that mean and why is that number different for the number on the specs? please help me with all these question. Thanks Much!!! |

They will not "give " a 4 ohm load. http://www.crutchfieldadvisor.com/learningcenter/car/subwoofers_wiring.html?subs =2&impedance=SVC4 |
