i have to run a power wire from the batery to the amp in my trunk but i dont know where to go through at the firewall, in my old car i ran it through where the steering came through but the jetta is different so i dont know where to run it and i dont want to drill a whole, if anyone can help that would be great! thanks
if you cant see any unused gromits then you need to drill a whole (extremely simple)
get a punch and punch a hole from the inside of the firewall. go under the hood and see where the puncture is... if its not in the way of any hoses etc. that where you will drill a hole. takes maybe 10 min.
you also need a cheap lil gromits from ur local hardware store
