Gold Member Username: CenusHicksville, Ohio Usa Post Number: 1929 Registered: Jan-05 | what kind of car was it, my brother has 2 10inch cvrs sealed and a pos kenwood amp pushin maybe 100wrms to each sub and you can hear him like 2 blocks away and its pretty loud in his car but he has a trans am so the hatch is what makes his system so loud. |

When I was younger I took a stock 3 1/2 in dash speaker ac delco piece of cr@p and made a bass tube out of it and it amazingly got rather loud for what it was. Like Chauncey said if you take that clarion sub and put it in a ported enclosure tuned to 55hz or 60hz and play a test tone and burp it I am sure it will get rather loud. |
