Bronze Member Username: Lets_talk_soundPost Number: 45 Registered: Dec-05 | what amp would you suggest thats one ohm stable and inexpensive to push 3 10" ascendant audio assassians. Needs to be one ohm stable, b/c wired at 1.34 ohms. Last question, it says rec power 200 watts yet rms is 350 i thought rms was the rec power. what should I run to each woffer thanks again Spencer thanks Spencer specs: Znom 4 ohms BL 12.3 n/a Cutout diam. 9 3/16 Re 3.5 ohms Sd 326 cm2 Outer diam. 10 1/4 Fs 32 Hz Mms 104 g Mounting depth 5 3/4 Vas 37 L Xmax 15.5 mm Weight 14 pounds Qms 3.63 Spl 85.8 dB 1W/1M Voice Coil diam. 2 inch aluminum Qes .485 Rec. Bronze Member Username: Lets_talk_soundPost Number: 46 Registered: Dec-05 | are hifonics amps that over rated. I was under the impression that they put out pretty much what they said. And it will be ran at 1.34 ohm so more towards 1 ohm and less toward 2 ohm. And it says 900 watts at two ohms. So i should get say 1000 watts 333 apice... i could definetly be wrong thou A little confused thanks for the help Spencer |
Silver Member Username: CtmikeCt. Post Number: 907 Registered: Feb-06 | hifonics puts out something like 70-75% of what they state. i'd either look into a hifonic, kicker 1200.1, or pg xenon. |
Gold Member Username: CenusHicksville, Ohio Usa Post Number: 1924 Registered: Jan-05 | just get a kx1200.1 or zx1500.1, the subs ohms ratings are usally off by a little like it says svc 4ohm it really is 3.5 ohms, but then you have to figure in box rise, thats where when the sub is in a box, when its playing certain hz's, its impedance (ohm level) will go up so really the amp will see a higher ohm, so if you can afford it i'd get a zx1500.1 that give each sub about 450-500wrms which would make them pound. |
