Best place for installing 2-Alpine SWE-1042's in a daily driven Jeep Wrangler

I want to install a pair of Alpine SWE-1042's in a custom enclosure with the following consideraions. I prefer SQ over SPL, The subs need to be placed so they are relatively protected from the rain and sun, I don't want the box to be obviously visible when I'm driving around, and I still want to use the back of the Jeep for cargo space. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
