Amp for 2 idmax's

Someone recommended a kicker zx1500.1 but I thought kickers amps weren't that great, am I wrong? Would 2 elemental design's nine.1 be good? If someone could recommend a single amp to power them both that would be great. Also, I really dont wanna spend like 1200 bucks on the amp. Thanks
