What to put Subsonic & LPF on

Been messing with car audio since 1999 but only sealed boxes. I just bought my 1st ported box tuned at 38Hz for 2 Kicker Solobaric 15's L7. What Hz should I put the subsonic on, the lpf, and the bass boost on the amp?
