Wednesday, May 31, 2006 - 02:57 GMT I have a new Sony Head Unit(CDX-F5505X) and four new 6.5" Sony Explode 4 way speakers. This is all in my boat (2 speakers in front 2 in the rear). Do I need an amp for this system? Will the sound be any better? Thanks.

Thursday, June 01, 2006 - 18:43 GMT get an audiobahn a4004t for like 100 dollars, check ebay... or, if you dont need them to get super loud, then just wire them off the HU amp.
