Speech on why the 12' W7 is better then 12' MTX T9500

For everyone up hear that knows alot about subs please give me as much techinical info as you can on why the JL is better then the MTX. I really got into car audio about 7 months ago, and I have the perfect build for my car. I luv car audio and thats why i want to do it on this, please help. Its on wensday
