Saturday, May 27, 2006 - 03:59 GMT low pass, becaue ur not going to be using any high freq. subsonic filter is what ur ported box is tuned to. LP should be set around 80

Saturday, May 27, 2006 - 06:44 GMT Mr Kebo, set your amp to HPF and set the crossover at 12db @ 100hz Usually 100-125hz is best for components. It will cut out all those low freq that speakers are not suppose to handle. Leave that for your subwoofer. Set your subwoofer amp LPF to 18 or 24db @ 80hz That will give you great results and sound better.

Saturday, May 27, 2006 - 16:31 GMT MO maybe im wrong here but couldnt you just leave your amp crossover on full because it is a component set and has its own crossover for the midbass diver and tweeter?
