really? all those would be louder? on a nine.1? what about SQ?

the reason im thinking about getting rid of the SX is cause the price of RE stuff when up so it should sell better because no one can get them except used, unless they have $500 to drop on one
you'd be better off going with a 3500 rather than a 9500 cause a 9500 u really need 2000+ rms for it to really shine and the audioque know one on here really knows but we all bet they will be up there with the 9500 just not at its level
the audique hd will be like 400 each but im not sure wit wat mmodel and yeah the audique hd qill be louder but it will remain the same sq,
9500 will be louder than audique and sx and same or alittle bit more sq than the sx but they are like 900 each i think havoc yeah will have a little more spl and sq, crystal i never heard them,
the soundsplinter will get louder than sx in a big sealed and much more sq than all those mentioned but i dont know about the crystal. type r will be the last thing to think of
i found the site, and i think i would rather have a HD because its like 75 bucks cheaper and alot heavier of a sub, that has to mean something, plus the havocs arent available....
ill give it some thought, but i wanna hear my SX15 in my new box b4 i do anything, i added a cubic foot and uped the tuneing 5 hz with areos, it should be alot louder, and it also depends what i can get out of my SX15.... but i like to look

some other people told be that the SQ of the HD isnt as good as the SX

they also said that the type-r 15 is louder than the SX, its the guy that makes the Tcab boxes, he said he has tested bothe the SX15 and the r15 and he would take the r15
plus there is a vid with him hitting 154 db with it
the havoc and assasins suck booo! a type R would blow them away in SPL u guys just like them cause their cheap. Hmm a 15" type R and a 15" havoc? I wonder which would win. most def the type R.watch u guys are gona hate me now lol!
i would imagine you could make a Type R louder than an SX...especially if you are a professional at building loud boxes as opposed to some kid who throws one together so he has bump in his system.
but the fact of the matter is.....an SX is louder than a Type R....hands down....it is an SPL subwoofer and the Type R is not. do not get me wrong...they do get loud....but he did a burst on it in a specially built enclosure deisnged EXACTLY for that purpose.

....uneducated statment. the weight of a subwoofer is determined by the weight of the parts used....like if it is a steel basket or an aluminum basket.....like the Arsenal for example....it is only 20lbs....wayyy lighter than the previous Avalanche....but that is b/c is uses lighter parts.
i have a local comp every year and a guy said he won with a 144. i would like to be able to beat him, but not nessicarily with my Daily box, but mabey if i had a SLP that i would later build
do you have an HO alt? if not youshould look into getting one...that alone will make your system louder....cuz it will then have the current to make the power.
and you could build an SPL box tuned to your car's Resonant Frequency and clean house.
