those jls can take like 800 rms but the type rs will be louder still cause you can give them around 1000-1,300rms. chosse which ones you want theyre both great subs
Yes the Alpines would be louder but if he is selling 2 of them in a nice box for that price its a steal. FYI: you can buy 2 brand new 12W3's for about the same price no box though,
took out my r's to put in 2 w3's, both ported boxes. the r's get louder but the w3's sound better. depends on what you want and what there going in but i kinda like the w3's a little better.
