Friday, May 05, 2006 - 16:26 GMT One amplifier won't have better SQ then another amp. What makes a good amp is the build quality, whether or not it puts out its rated power(or more), Its ability to handle peaks in music(head room.),ect.

Friday, May 05, 2006 - 16:41 GMT I am running a Hifonics amp for a year now. till now it has given me no problems. I am running IDMAX sub off that. for me its perfect combination. i am completely satisfied since HIFONICS are excellently valued for the money you pay.

Friday, May 05, 2006 - 17:05 GMT Hifonics amps are great bang for the buck. BUT, they only put out around 70% of thier rated power. Build quality is around average.
