im doing a cut through in my truck and im looking for either 1 or 2 15's ive looked at memphis and treo and re and rockford.. they will be powered by 2 rockfordfosgate t2000.1's and i have about 1000 i can spend on subs so i was wondering what subs i should go with for all of that... looking for loud but also a daliy driver
the new re xxx looks awesome, but have not heard one. i can speak for eclipse 15" titanium, i love it, one of the top sql subs imo. they are actually 1500 rms each not 750 though, eclipse-web.com rated them per voice coil.
it is a little out of your price range but the new re audio xmx can handle 5000 rms weighs 81 pounds and has 8.9 inches of excursion. only $5000. no pics but specs on caraudiomag.com in the buyer guide thing.
i suggest re audio mt will be a great choice for spl one of the best subs for spl and they have decent sq if u tuned correctly ill go wit that if u have those amps or yeah two havocs, i think a single 18 inch can handle 2000 rms, but dont take this advice, ill said go wit re audio mt or xxx or wait for the re audio mx is like 450 for the 12
i dont llike the way re audio is sellin their subs everytime their subs get expensive everytime they take out a new model i saw the car audio mag my 18 sx i bought for 320 shipped like a month ago and its says 519 for my 18 model and i called reaudio and they told me they will have the same sx so why is that price so high
just do what Jake Papa said.... slap both of them amps to a TREO SSX 12, 15, or 18... 700, 900, 1000$ <<< u said u need loud, but u aint ready for that loudness yet.... How big is your HO alternator and Big3? Ok.. see the point...
