Do 2 head units fit in most stock slots?

The cd changer is annoying so i'm wondering, could I fit the fold out unit and and a new head unit to read the discs all in the spot the factory radio was in?

But you can make one out of MDF. Very simple to do if you have the correct tools. I might have one lying around that you can buy, made from MDF, I'll look and send the dimensions when I get free time from work tonight
