Post Number: 197 Registered: Feb-06 | the 500/1 would definately be underpowering the subs i would think, so i'd go with the kicker. just remember to turn the gains down some, they should be able to handle all that power though. both jl and kicker make great amps. jl is a little better, but more $. also jl doesn't make amps that put out as much power as kicker does. jl subs are definately better than kicker but kicker definately makes up with spl what they lack in sq. just depends on what you want, spl or sql. |
