Post Number: 125 Registered: Feb-06 | all the brands you mentioned are crap, i wouldn't take them if given to me. and for the orion 2500d, that'd be perfect. run the amp at 1ohm for the 2500wrms x 1. you probably wont see the full 2500, probably be looking at around 2300wrms, split for the subs around 1150 each which would be perfect. |

Post Number: 127 Registered: Feb-06 | yeah for your dvc you'll want 1 big amp that is 1ohm stable, or you can run two separate amps, but most people prefer just running one. when you look try to look for a mono amp that is 1ohm stable and puts out anywhere from 2000-2500wrms. you'll run them at 1ohm so the wrms will be split to the two subs. some good brands to look at are jbl, kicker, hifonics, orion. just depends on your budget and if you want it brand new from an authorized dealer, online store, or ebay. just give your budget and i'll try to help pick one, and i'm sure others will help out to. |
