Which would be better for 2 Re MTs and 2 2000w amps,Two dual 2 ohm MTs with one 2000w amp @ 1ohm per sub or Two dual 4 ohm MTs with 2 2000w amps strapped @ 2 ohms for both subs?

There shouldn't be a difference, but there MAY be depending on your chosen amps. IMO, I would strap them just to ensure they both get the exact same signal...

The reason why i wanna know is that i want to get 1 sub at a time so if i dont strap them ill get the dual 2 ohm and run 1 till i get the other but if i get the 4 ohm and decide to strap i have 2 wait till i get the other sub

first off, most strapped amps will be double ohm load, example, if an amp is 1ohm stable the if you stap the amps, you need to go no less then 2ohm load on the amps combined. also power will normally be same at a 1ohm load. i would run seperate amps to each sub.
