Saturday, March 18, 2006 - 14:48 GMT I have a stock 1985 GMC Jimmy w/ 250.1 amp and 1 10" audiobahn with 10 gauge power and ground/30amp fuse. Im getting a Pyrmind 1600 watt amp with 2 FURB 10" subs. I was going to add a cap and up the fuse to a 60amp? Think my alternater can handle this? I think so right now when driving my volt meter reads around 15-16 volts and at idle 10-11 PS i do intend on getting a yellow top.
