I also purchases a Alpine SWR-1222D subwoofer, the power numbers for everything is below Pioneer TS-A1681R/S 6.5" speakers Peak Power Handling: 260 watts per speaker/ RMS: 2-50 watts PIONEER TS-A6991R /S 6x9" speakers Peak Power Handling: 460 watts per speaker/ RMS 2-80 watts Alpine SWR-1222D subwoofer Peak Power Handling: 1500W / RMS: 500W what would be the best amp to power all of these? thanks |

Gold Member Username: BestmankindLos Angeles, CA USA Post Number: 3189 Registered: Oct-05 | since your sub is a dual 2ohm you can get a kicker kx450.2 and bridge it to 4ohm stable. you would have to wire your voice coils in series to get a 4ohm load. for you speakers kicker kx350.4. kickers make excellent amps and are underrated. at 14.4v they will perform little more than their rated power. both amps combined should run you under $500. shop around for some good prices. ebay always has nice prices. |
