Bronze Member Username: Bachatero07Post Number: 72 Registered: Mar-06 | first off, i'm assuming you dont have any rear speakers. if you did, my suggestion is to use channels 3+4 for those speakers. to bridge a sub on channels 3+4 connect the negative of the sub to the negative of channel 4. connect the positive of the sub to the positve of channel 3. to get the signal to those channels there are 2 ways. first you can use 2 rca splitters at the amp and connect all four wires. the other choice which is the better idea is to get a 2 channel crossover. this splits the signal. one side gives out hi pass, connect this output to channel 1+2. the other side gives low pass. connect this to 3+4. this will make sure that each speaker is getting the frquencies that it needs and your front speakers will not get blown out. |
