I was wondering if it is possible to hook up 2 subs to one class d mono amp?
this is what i have----
1 alpine mrp-m350-350w rms and 700w max
2 Kenwood KFC W2509 10 inch subs- im not sure of the rms but they are 700w max
i was wondering if this is a good set-up and will it work good?

they are single voice coil, but you can hook 2 subs to one mono D amp right?

if single 4ohm the run them both on the amp, + to + and it will run 20hm load, amp is stable at that load.

specs say those subs are 350 rms. i bet they are actually in the 200 range. the amp is actually 200 watts rms at 4 ohms and 350 at 2 ohms. this means that those speakers and that sub will do good together. but it wont hit pretty hard. alpine is known for clarity not hitting hard and kenwood just doesnt make good subs. (but they look so serious dont they, lol) hit me back if you want me to suggest what you SHOULD go with.

the only thinng is that i already bought that sit kuz i got good deals from different people, if the subs are 350 rms and there are 2 and the amp is 350 rms does that mean 350 will go to each sub ot 175 to each?

yea. considering 350rms is alot of power to make the right sub move. but will they do justice with your subs? I doubt it.
is ur box ported?

we are saying the set up will NOT be loud. kenwood at half the rms rating is as hard as kenwood will probably take. and no, people will barely hear a rumble outside the car. if you want a better set up try this. return the subs and get 1 better sub. bridge it on the amp and put it in a sealed enclosure. that'll hit much harder.
