New member Username: Bachatero07Post Number: 3 Registered: Mar-06 | simply put, thats when the amp is working as hard as it can. normally the amp wont get damaged, but the speakers will if done a lot or for a long time. The first to go are the tweeters, then the mids, and finally the subs. for that short "clip" you'll hear the speakers distorted. try taking a small boombox and crank up to the max volume. that ugly sound you hear is the amp inside clipping. if you want the exact explanation, i can help you with that one too. |
