Best sub/box combo for the DEEPEST, LOW bass? SQ

Seriously though, I'm on a budget and I can spend no more than $250 on a sub. I was thinking that since 15's are pretty big, I can just get a single and get my low bass. SPL isn't an issue for me, I'm more for SQ and LOWNESS ;)

I dont know why it will take 3Krms and be really happy... Chad the 18s are rated at 1000rms, but those will take 4K real easy. ssi 12: 350 ssi 15: 400 ssi 18: 600
