Ok, i live in KY yall...lots of rough road around here. Theres gravel, dirt and pot holes all over the place(pot holes easy to avoid lol). i heard sumwhere that u can use low pros in that type of terrain. Im not gonna do hill climbing or anything.
Can u use low pros on that errain without wearing them out so fast?, also are they as cheap or cheaper than regular tires?
For a decent set of low profile tires it will cost more than a normal set.
Also, I live in MI, and I know what you mean about bad roads. Personally I would never dream of getting super low profile tires around here. Having low pros on a daily driver almost gaurantee's you will dent the rim on a unseen pothole (like when ur riding too close to the guy in front of you).
I think you should never go less than 2 inches of sidewall, ESPECIALLY on huge 20" Truck/SUV rims, because those will get dented on a serious pot hole with anything less than 3 inches of sidewall.
Of course if you buy super strong single piece cast wheels, they will be a great deal stronger, but your ride quality will still be shitty.
i was thinking like 18's or 20's...with yea like at least 2inch side walls... any cheap site for 18-20 inch black finish rims? for trucks(s10) and cheap... and for low pros
