See ur problem is ur amp 1205D i guest is putting out about 900wrms so no matter which 2 typical 400wrms sub u use the SPL might be around the same . I would not even say type R cause my 2 can easily handle over 1200wrms so unless u can get some of those super efficient subs that i read about like avalanche & others then u will just be running around in cicles . Why not get a low priced viper or directed refurb amp from ikesound & then get some good subs like those new AA .... |

Silver Member Username: Terry6405Sullivan, IN US Post Number: 401 Registered: Sep-05 | im really thinkin about that amp, is it really? 1200 RMS? i will upgrade amp soon, i just have my heart set on a sub for now, i think i will go with a 15 SX because im pretty sure i can fit it now, and i want that sub. btw, i think my perticular amp is pushing just a little more than that becasue it runs my v-maxs (600rms) very hard, i dont think they could handle 300 more watts. so mabey i got lucky with my amp, i will probly get either that viper or a higher rated hifonics amp so i dont have to get rid of the remote i spend alot of time mounting |

I think its wrms its rated @ but prolly @ 13 or 14v i was also looking @ the Havoc from AA - if its really 1500wrms 4 $325 thats INCREDIBLE ! & was thinking about buying 1 just because its cheap . That SX should get plenty loud cause Marshall said it goes 140+ dbs ......... |
