2 1000/1s. with my experience with L7s, unless your trying to do a competition car ( big box big port and tuned really high) than the w7s will be louder.... JMO
well if it were 1 13 1 12 or 2 10s then id do 10s. but id rather 2 12s or 1 13 idk. and of course my first pick would be 2 13s lol. if you get 2 10s then use 2 500/1s or 1 1000/1. with 2 12s or 2 13w7s dont slack, get 2 1000/1s and for a single 12 or 13 you'll need that 1000/1
dont listen to chauncy hes just a SPL buff lol but siz for size i swear W7s are a louder daily sub lol. 15L7(which chauncy has) is a different story.
you should start off w/ 1 12w7 and a 1000/1 and then if you want louder add another 12 and temporarily power both w/ the 1000/1(or permanently)which ever you want to do.
i cant believe someone is trying to compare these two. Anything Kicker will be subpar to JL in terms of overall performance of the speaker. W7 is the way to go.
Why does this same thread seem to magically reappear every 5 days. I'm really get sick of the same 2 answers! "W7's, for Sure" or "SPL-L7, and SQ-W7" lol I know I'm not the only one that feels like that!
Just get the solo x kickers instead. They will blow away the W7's and are cheaper too. L7's are really loud though for there size. I have 2 in a ported box and they can shatter my windows and always know my rear view mirror off. They have to be the loudest subs ever for there size. 12" l7 weighs only 20lbs and a audiobahn flame 8 series weighs 30 and the L7 is twice as loud.

I think the guy is just asking what would hit harder the two L5's or the one w7. Me personally i think the two L5's would hit harder. But why are you gonna sit there and complain that u have read this question so many times. Who cares how many times they have asked it.
) but jl pisses me off because of how fricking expensive their amps are its ridiculous. But yeah w7s over l7s.
