New member Username: JudgedreddPost Number: 1 Registered: Feb-06 | Hey guys, I'm a newb to the site so wsup to everyone... After about a year I'm getting ready to finally rebuild my civic. I'm about to start building my custom ported enclosure for my 2 W7's. I have a honda civic, coupe, 2003. trunk is fully dynamated. as per the JL specs im giving each rive 1.75 cubes of air...however I need any tips/advice you guys can offer Should i make one enclosure for both subs or 2 diff enclosures? Should i bother inverting the subs? how much polyfill should i use? Should i give them less air? more air? any and all advise is welcome..let me know what you guys thinks |

Bronze Member Username: JudgedreddPost Number: 17 Registered: Feb-06 | well im in the process of doing that...but i haven't decided where to buy it from...I have one guy telling me he can get me 180-200 amps for $250 another guy telling me it's impossible to get more than 130 amps with my type alternator... I tried posting on the irragi forums asking for a quote but no response yet Now the one guy who said he can get the 180-200 said i should be ok with a 50amp fuse from the alternator to the battery...which makes no sense to me...i was always told the fuse size should be in accordance to the current limit on the wire....what a mission |
