NeedSeriusHelp Unregistered guest | Ok guys reading all the threads in this forum has showed me that car audio is not as easy as I think. So I was wondering if ya could help me. I have a total of $500.00 maximum to spend. I want to feal the bass in my chest what do you guys recommend. I know that $500 is nothing compared to what I've read but this is going to be my starter system and I just want to do It right. With your recommendations I think I cant loose. I have allready ran a 4guage amp kit threw my car into the trunk if that helps? |
NeedSeriusHelp Unregistered guest | Sorry By the way im going to put them in a 1997 honda accord 4dr sedan it has leather seats and I've read on here that muffles the sound a little bit. Im just confused over sealed versus bandpass, tuning, matching, I kind of understand the ohm configuration played around with the12volt.com wiring calculator. But still seems complicated and I only make 6.95/hr so going to a shop is definantly not an option. I also like the fealing when I do it myself. Any other information I can give to help? |
jusvisiting Unregistered guest | get two infinity reference 1240w at crutchfield for like $150 for the pair and get a two channel amp that puts out 200-300 watt a channel in a sealed box. wont be the best but with your budget it'll do. |
NeedSeriusHelp Unregistered guest | do you think ill be able to feal the bass in my front driver seat |
Anonymous | Don't buy anything at "Crotchfield" unless you like getting ripped off. Do a search on the Internet and you can probably find what you are looking for at prices that are 25-50% cheaper than there. |
