Where are they at???

I was thinking about getting this amp http://cgi.ebay.com/DIRECTED-1500D-1500-WATT-CLASS-D-amplifier-mono-sub_W0QQitem Z5861977814QQcategoryZ18797QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem but does factory refurbished mean a new case with old amp inside or new amp inside with an old case?? also where are all the tuning knobs and switches on this amp?? it says it has the gain control, subsonic filter, crossover, ect.. but where are they located? i dont see them, are they under that spot that reads max power 2400 watts?
