oh and btw i do need a new alt :/ my car had a hard time starting after i turned it off to restart it..cap hyeled alot wth the diming lights..cas see them dim but its not to bad..can still drive at night.
oh hey i got a question to i hocked my spkrs up to the - and + on the far sides of eachother..is that right or should i use th -+ that are right next to eachother...orion 1200D
where at on the amp do they go i meen on the amp it gies +-+- with ones do i use i got em on the + on the far left and the - on the far right..is that right?
if ur running a single wire thats been connected 2 both ur subs then once u put it on a + or - terminal its the same cause its a mono amp meaning 1 single channel but they put 2+ & 2- terminals just 4 easier convenience......

I have the exact head unit as you! you should select the filter at 80hz. i change mine from 80hz to 125hz constantly. depends on how high the hz is on the bass line and if you want too hear the high bass notes on your subs and not the mid speakers.
the only thing i hate about that deck is that theres no pause button. you have to get in the function menu to pause. makes it kind of hard to turn it down when you see the cops coming. takes too long to lower the volume with the knob.
