Unregistered guest | i have a eclipse 15" ti and i had a audiobahn a8000t hooked up to it and it was not enough watts to get the excursion the eclipse is capable of. i ended up selling the a8000t and getting another audiobahn ($200 off ebay) a18001dt that claims to put out 1200 rms at 2ohm. and even now i can not get full excursion in a ported box built to eclipse specs. i would not put under 1000 rms to the eclipse ti series the website says 1500 watts music handling power (or something like that) so i bet the sub would take 1500 rms no problem. |

It has .5" more excursion and it's bigger, requiring more power to get full excursion. The 12" isn't nearly as stiff, and the 10" is a slick sub. I fell in love with the 10's after my friend got a set and put them in sealed boxes with 1,500 watts RMS to each one... Pretty insane. |
