New member Username: Messiah88Post Number: 4 Registered: Sep-05 | I have just installed a new sub into my truck and it doesn't seem to be hitting as hard as my last configuration. Before I had 2 12w3v2's and a 500/1 amp and it hit very hard. Now I just got 1 new 10w6v2 becuase 1 of my 12's stopped working and none of the audio stores were open tonight so I went to walmart and got one of there sealed boxes and the sub hits clean but not nearly as hard as the 2 12's Now my question is first is the box having alot to do with how well the sub is performing. (what I think it might be). Second what would be the best box for that particular sub. and third will this new sub ever hit as hard or harder than my previous setup. Oh and one last question what db rating can a 10w6v2 hit with my 500/1 amp. (questimate) thanks and sorry for all the questions |
