Sunday, January 15, 2006 - 23:57 GMT Hi, this may sound a little bit silly, but I'm looking for 2 rear speakers for about the price of 50 euros. Reason: I have an old car now, with a cd-player & some very old boxes. If I turn the music a lil' bit up, they start cracking all over the place. I only want to spend 50 euros on it, as it's only a very temporary solution, untill I have an other car. the boxes have to be 5.25", as there is no room for more. Maybe it'll work with oval 5.25"ers too, but I havent checked that. Important is that the music stays clear when turning it up, and that the bass isn't cracking too! thanks, naaitie

Monday, January 16, 2006 - 03:30 GMT What is 50 Euros in USD? I'm going to suggest though, some Infinity References, they'll do until you get a car.

Monday, January 16, 2006 - 15:44 GMT it's like 60 USD. I've looked again, and the max size I can get in there is +- 5x7. I presume that the inches are measured from the outside of the speakers? I'm a little bit affraid that there wont be any good speakers for that price, and with those dimensions. thx

Saturday, January 21, 2006 - 15:40 GMT my HU is a Pioneer DEH-344R, high power 35Wx4 Haven't found any other information on the internet though. Reason for using euros.. as I'm from Belgium, I'm kinda used of using them, and I forgot to take into consideration that this forum uses USD.
