I bought an Orion225HCCA ampifer with 12 inch Kicker CVR. My fuse burnt out twice this week. I am using a 40 amp fuse. Why is it keep burning out? Do I have the amp too high or do i need a 45 or 50 amp fuse?

Check your gain/level setting, as well as the sub's ohm. If you exceed the minimum requirement or have the gain set incorrectly, it will overload the amp.

Only replace your fuse with a fuse of the same rating. If you replace it with a fuse of a higher rating, your AMP will be fried instead of your fuse.

Kitt its burning out for a reason!
I wouldnt even run it again, unless u figure out why it happened!
its most likely a bad impedence to the amp.
check your speakers ohm configurations.
is the amp getting hott?
